皮帶給煤機是火力發電廠的一種給煤機械，主要有下煤管、皮帶、托輥、扇形擋板等組成。目前采用翻車機 卸煤的電廠大多采用皮帶給煤機。
皮帶式給煤機的給煤依靠膠帶與煤鬥間煤的摩擦作用，將
煤給到受煤設備上，從而實現皮帶給煤機的工作，由於需
要產生摩擦作用，因此皮帶式給煤機的帶速不宜過高，否
則膠帶與煤之間容易產生相對滑動，可能導致不能給煤。

檢查確認皮帶輸送機各接口良好，無起層、劃破、撕裂現象。
檢查確認各托輥齊全，螺旋拉緊裝置無偏斜。
檢査確認頭尾部滾筒、二層皮帶上無積煤，尾部滾筒護欄牢固齊全。
檢查確認電機接線接地良好，對輪罩齊全牢固。地腳螺栓無鬆動現象。
檢查確認減速機油位正常，油質合格。
根據運行方式，檢查確認落煤管擋板對位正確、嚴密。
